To support our growth, we are looking for senior strategy and operations consulting managers with significant experience in a diverse range of industries including manufacturing, mining, financial services and retail.  Candidates with deep experience in either strategy or operations improvement are encouraged to apply.

The Role:

​

• Autonomous with accountability to delivering sustainable transformation outcomes across a range of industry sectors

• Providing clients with strategic and operational advice across facets that span the full value chain of their operations

• Identifying opportunities to pitch innovative or value adding consulting engagements in response to market dynamics

• Lead and manage a team, transfer knowledge/skills to staff to optimise talent offering and flexibility around delivering to a range of clients

 

Here's what will make you a great fit:

​

• A degree in business, engineering or sciences

• 10+ years of experience in consulting or industry (ideally a mix of both) driving strategy development or operational improvements in a range of industry sectors

• Experience in managing consulting projects

• Strong analytical and people management skills.  You will be managing a cross-functional client and consulting team

• An eye for detail and commitment to quality

• A 'people person' with strong influencing and coaching skills

• Outcome focused – we don't bill clients for time, we get paid for results

• Willingness to travel and a valid work permit to live and work in South Africa
